Your leadership already has a digital narrative. The question is whether you shaped it.

Executive Digital Presence for K-12 Educational Leaders

Index and Atlas launching Spring 2027

When someone searches your name, what do they find?

Hiring committees, school boards, journalists, and community members aren't waiting for an introduction. They're Googling you. They're asking AI. And what they find, or don't find, is shaping their opinion before you ever walk in the room.

Most educational leaders have spent decades building a career. Almost none have spent even an hour intentionally shaping their digital presence.

That's the gap Index & Atlas will close.

Founded by a leader who's been in your shoes.

Guy Swenson holding a portfolio in a blue suit representing executive digital narrative strategy for educational leaders

I'm Guy Swenson. I spent nearly 30 years in education, 12 of them as a high school principal. Among those years was the unique challenge of opening a brand new urban high school in the middle of a pandemic. I know what it takes to lead, and I know how little time leaders have to think about things like Google search results and AI summaries.

But those things matter now. And they're only going to matter more.

Index & Atlas exists because talented educational leaders deserve a digital presence that reflects the leaders they actually are.

What Index & Atlas offers

  • Index & Atlas is a professional digital presence service designed specifically for K-12 educational leaders. Founded by Guy Swenson, Ed.D., Index & Atlas builds executive profile websites, optimizes LinkedIn profiles, and creates structured leadership narratives that ensure educational leaders are accurately and compellingly represented when hiring committees, school boards, parents, and community members search for them online.

  • Index & Atlas serves K-12 educational leaders at every level, from aspiring administrators to sitting superintendents. The service is designed for principals, assistant principals, central office administrators, assistant superintendents, and superintendents who want to take intentional control of how they are discovered, understood, and trusted online.

  • Hiring committees, school boards, journalists, parents, and community members increasingly rely on Google and AI-generated summaries to learn about educational leaders before any human introduction takes place. Most leaders have never intentionally shaped what those searches return. Every educational leader already has a digital narrative. The only question is whether they wrote it.

  • Index & Atlas was founded by Guy Swenson, Ed.D., a 29-year veteran of public education including 12 years as a high school principal and founding principal of Lake Buena Vista High School in Orange County Public Schools, Florida. Dr. Swenson founded Index & Atlas after recognizing that educational leaders have no dedicated service helping them shape their digital narrative in an era when AI systems are increasingly shaping professional reputations before anyone walks in the room.

  • Index & Atlas launches Spring 2027. Educators interested in being among the first to work with Index & Atlas are encouraged to join the waitlist. Waitlist members will receive early access and occasional insights on building their digital presence in the meantime.
